The Vanguard Development Team introduced Riftway Stones in build 1818 on 4/25/2007.
The Riftway Stones are located at Altars around the world. The Altars and Networks are identified on the map by colored symbols and lines (see map legend). To use the Riftway, purchase a Riftway Shard(s) from any General Vendor. To travel between the Riftway Stones, you must first 'unlock' the stones by traveling to it and right clicking the altar. Once you have unlocked all the Riftway Stones, you can then travel to any Riftway Stone location along its Network or path.

Note, that there are three one way destinations located at New Targonor, Ahgram, and Tawar Galen. You can travel to any of these one way destinations from any Riftway Stone. However, you can not travel from the one way desitinations.
