Rank 5 (Elder)
The Elder Division Promotion Requirements
ongratulations! You have attained the highest non-officer Rank in the Guild! While you remain focused on your chosen Division, you now are eligible for special considerations, including the option to accept an Officer’s position when an opening is available. You will also be invited to Officer’s meetings from time to time when your advice and feedback are considered appropriate.

ecoming an Elder is the fist step to becoming an Officer, when an Officer position is available. To clarify, your focus Division remains the same (Adventuring, Crafting, Harvesting or Diplomacy).

Your duties include responding to the Guild Leaders command to assist in high end content raiding or other elite event. Elder Grand Masters can be assigned specific duties by Officers. You may also be asked by the Guild Leader to step into an absent Officer’s role when necessary.

By the time you reach your level requirement to advance to Rank 5, you should be prepared to assume a leadership position within the Guild and be an expert in your Division. Your promotion from Rank 4 to Rank 5 will entitle you to a special commendation from the Guild Leader.
