Requested rare items will NOT be given to any Officer that does not suit his class or level. Since the game is still under development and loot knowledge not yet revealed, the Officer Reward system may change. However, whatever system is put into place, the Officer’s Reward will be coveted.
Because Officers are expected to work hard for the Guild and devote many hours to its success, his rewards need to be in line with his efforts. Guild members, who object to this, should understand that any executive or manager in any business receives perks in exchange for his commitment, time, and loyalty. Our Rank UP and Reward System is structured so that each member also receives recognition and rewards as he climbs the ranks. Officer’s rewards will be in line with expectations and be fair. This is key to Fire and Brimstone’s success.
