
Rank UP and Reward System
Ranks One to Four
Rank 1
Rank 1 gives you the opportunity show your potential within the Guild. This is where you begin your journey to advance within the Guild Structure.
Promotion from R1 to R2
Minimum Level 20 plus General Requirements and the following based on your primary focus division:
Adventuring Division:
1. Donate 1 looted item of great value equal to or greater than your character’s adventure level to the Guild Bank.
Crafting Division:
1. Donate 1 crafted item of great value equal to or greater than your character’s crafting level to the Guild Bank.
Harvesting Division:
1. Donate bulk resources of great value equal to or greater than your character’s harvesting level to the Guild Bank.
Diplomacy Division:
To be announced
Reward for Service
Request 1 item from the Guild Bank that is not valued higher than 2 levels above your current primary focus level.

Rank 2
Rank 2 is where you begin to realize your place within the ranks of your fellow members. By the time you reach your level requirement to advance to Rank 3, you should be completely familiar with Guild Policies and Goals. Guild advancement is a team endeavor, and your contribution to the Guild’s success is vital.
Promotion from R2 to R3
Minimum Level 30 plus General Requirements and the following based on your primary focus division:
Adventuring Division:
1. Donate 2 looted items of great value equal to or greater than your character’s adventure level to the Guild Bank.
2. Organize and lead at least one adventure raiding group for fellow guild mates.
Crafting Division:
1. Donate 2 crafted items of great value equal to or greater than your character’s crafting level to the Guild Bank.
2. Organize one crafting/advisory session with a group of crafter’s below your crafting level. This can be accomplished in game, or in Ventrilo.
Harvesting Division:
1. Donate bulk resources of great value equal to or greater than your character’s harvesting level to the Guild Bank.
2. Organize one harvesting/advisory session with a group of harvesters below your harvester level. This can be accomplished in game, or in Ventrilo.
Diplomacy Division:

Request 2 items from the Guild Bank that is not valued higher than 2 levels above your current primary focus level.

Rank 3
Rank 3 salutes your long term dedication to the Guild. Your fellow Guildmates respect and honor your knowledge and skills. By the time you reach your level requirement to advance to Rank 4, your experience is eagerly sought after. Your promotion from Rank 3 to Rank 4 is an achievement you can be proud of and the Guild salutes.
Promotion from R2 to R3
Minimum Level 30 plus General Requirements and the following based on your primary focus division:
Adventuring Division:
1. Donate 3 looted items of great value equal to or greater than your character’s adventure level to the Guild Bank.
2. Organize and lead at least two raiding adventures for fellow guild mates.
Crafting Division:
1. Donate 3 crafted items of great value equal to or greater than your character’s crafting level to the Guild Bank.
2. Organize two crafting/advisory sessions with a fellow crafter below your crafting level. This can be accomplished in game, or in Ventrilo.
Harvesting Division:
1. Donate bulk resources of great value equal to or greater than your character’s foraging level to the Guild Bank.
2. Organize two foraging/advisory sessions with a group of harvesters below your harvester level. This can be accomplished in game, or in Ventrilo..
Diplomacy Division:

Request 3 items from the Guild Bank that is not valued higher than 2 levels above your current primary focus level.

Rank 4
Rank 4 entitles you to Grand Master status within the Guild. Grand Masters are considered mentors in their Division, and members below your rank look to you for guidance, advice, and leadership. By the time you reach your level requirement to advance to Rank 5, your ethics and guild teamwork is unquestionable.
Promotion from R3 to R4
Minimum Level 45 plus General Requirements and the following based on your primary focus division:
Adventuring Division:
1. Donate 4 looted items of great value equal to or greater than your character’s adventure level to the Guild Bank.
2.
Organize and lead at least three raid adventures for fellow guild mates.
3. Recruit one Adventurer into the Guild who is level 45 or higher (he must meet recruit requirements). *This requirement is waived if Guild Recruitment is closed.
Crafting Division:
1. Donate 4 crafted items of great value equal to or greater than your character’s crafting level to the Guild Bank.
2. Organize three crafting/advisory sessions with a fellow crafter below your crafting level. This can be accomplished in game, or on our Chat Server.
3. Recruit one crafter into the Guild (he must meet recruit requirements). *This requirement is waived if Guild Recruitment is closed.

Request 4 items from the Guild Bank that is not valued higher than 5 levels above your primary focus level.

General Requirements Reference
As you advance your character in levels, you also advance in Guild Ranks. Promotions to the next rank up, requires additional criteria and service to the Guild besides character level.
or example, if you meet the level requirements to be promoted to Rank 2, but have not met other requirements, you will remain at Rank 1, even if you cap your character level out. This concept applies to all rank promotions within each Division. Requirements are explained in detailed for each rank in their respective section.
General Requirements
Requirements that apply to all Divisions and Ranks are as follows:
1. Minimum weekly play time of 30+ hours
2. Continued commitment and abidance to all Guild Laws and Policies
3. Maturity
4. Meet each Rank Up level character requirement
5. Meet each Division’s next Rank Up specific requirements
6. Post frequently on the Guild Forums
7. Request promotions IN WRITING on our FORUMS. Requests for promotions in game or chat server, will be IGNORED
